The large, southwest-facing garden overlooks the lush Riomar park – the perfect place to relax in the afternoon sun.

The living room features a cozy sofa and a Smart TV. Next to the open kitchen, you'll find a dining table for six and a small bar – perfect for long, relaxed evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and Nespresso machine.

On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200), the second has a bed of 160 x 200, and the third has two single beds (90 x 200). The second bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin.

All rooms are air-conditioned, and the bedrooms have electric heaters. The house has Wi-Fi and satellite TV. It's also child-friendly, with a stair gate, highchair, and baby cot available.

Winter stays
Winter rental applies from 28 days. For shorter stays, the weekly rate applies. Arrival is possible on any day of the month.

Key handover
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation. Upon arrival, you’ll be personally welcomed, receive the keys, and helpful tips. The manager remains your contact during your stay.

Practical information
Available from a minimum of 10 nights. A small dog is welcome. Smoking indoors is not allowed.
