Winter Stays
Our winter period starts from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month — it doesn’t have to match a calendar month.

Key Handover
Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can check in from 4:00 PM on your first day, and check out before 11:00 AM on your departure day. Other times can be arranged with the property manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers are available to provide various services to make your holiday as smooth as possible. They will welcome you personally, hand over the keys, and give you useful tips about the local area. They remain your contact point throughout your stay.
