Wintering
Our wintering period starts at 28 days. If you rent for less than four weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month and does not need to align with a calendar month.

Key handover
Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can enter your holiday home from 4:00 pm on the first day. On departure day, the property is normally vacated before 11:00 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the property manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers are available for various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you personally, hand over the keys, and give useful tips about the area. They are also your point of contact during your stay.
