Just 600 metres away you’ll find the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard is only 700 metres away. In the direct surroundings, you’ll find a wide choice of cosy restaurants and cafés. If you enjoy browsing local markets, don’t miss the Saturday street market of Playa Flamenca, just 400 metres away. If you’re coming for golf, the nearest course – Villamartin Golf – is only about 4 kilometres away.
Flamenca Village Resort offers a wide range of luxurious communal facilities, including 4 swimming pools – one with a pool bar – 2 large heated pools, children’s pools, a playground, jacuzzi, gym, and wellness centre. The apartment features a bright and tastefully furnished living area with large windows letting in plenty of daylight. With its southeast-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sun in the morning and afternoon, both indoors and on the spacious balcony of approx. 20 m². From the balcony, you overlook one of the heated communal pools and the beautifully landscaped gardens of the resort.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and more – perfect if you prefer to cook your own meals.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 x 190), the other with two single beds (90 x 200). The master bedroom at the front of the apartment offers direct access to the balcony and has its own en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. The second bathroom also has a washbasin, toilet and shower.
The entire property is equipped with integrated air conditioning (heating & cooling), and the bathrooms have underfloor heating for extra comfort during colder days. You’ll also enjoy ultra-fast Wi-Fi and an Android TV, allowing you to watch your favourite channels and streaming services. The apartment and underground garage are accessible by lift or stairs.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home unless otherwise agreed. Smoking indoors is prohibited, and renters under 25 or groups are not permitted.
Rental details
This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.
Long stays
Our winter rental period starts from 28 nights. For stays shorter than 4 weeks, the standard weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month.
Key handover
The key handover can take place on any day of the week. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the property managers are available to welcome you personally, hand over the keys, offer helpful local tips, and assist with anything you may need.
