Welcome to this stylish penthouse in the vibrant center of San Pedro del Pinatar. Located in a newly built, small-scale complex, this apartment is perfectly situated near the famous mud baths of the Mar Menor and the beaches of both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. Restaurants and bars line the nearby boulevard, and the Mercadona supermarket is just around the corner. The regional nature park “Las Salinas” is within walking distance – a great spot for hiking or cycling among the salt flats and birds.

The apartment is on the first floor and offers a beautiful view of the communal swimming pool and sun terrace. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances.

There are two bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds (150 x 190). One has an en-suite bathroom; the second bathroom is separate. Both bathrooms include a modern walk-in shower, toilet, and sink unit.

From the balcony, you access the private rooftop terrace – the perfect place to enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. The terrace features sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a pergola for shade, and a full outdoor kitchen – ideal for relaxed al fresco dining.

Winter stays
Winter rentals start at 28 nights. For shorter stays, the standard weekly rate applies. Start your stay on any day of the month.

Key handover
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Other times possible in consultation. You'll be personally welcomed and receive local tips. The host remains your contact during your stay.
