Located in the picturesque New Castelar neighborhood, surrounded by both Spaniards and international lifestyle lovers, here you will experience authentic Spanish charm. The wide sandy beach of Mar Menor, with its long promenade and lively bars, restaurants, and shops, is just 650 meters away (about a 7-minute walk) – a top location!

Winter Stay
Our winter period starts from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly price applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. It does not need to match a calendar month.

Key Handover
The key handover can be arranged on any day of the week. You can access your holiday home from 4:00 PM on the first day of your stay. On the day of departure, you normally leave the property before 11:00 AM. Other times can be arranged in consultation with the manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you, hand over the keys personally, and give you useful tips about the surrounding area. They are also your point of contact during your stay.
