Welcome to this charming apartment located in the heart of Torrevieja.

The apartment is on the third floor of a beautiful complex, surrounded by cozy restaurants and bars. Just 250 meters away you’ll find a large supermarket (Mercadona). The beach of Playa Cabo Cervera and the wider beaches of La Mata are only 900 meters away. This apartment features a spacious west-facing balcony.

The building has a lift, and at the rear there is a secured area where you can park your car for free. The apartment offers a generous living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining table with four chairs. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and a drip coffee machine.

There are two bedrooms, both equipped with high built-in wardrobes for your clothing. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed (160x190), and direct access to the spacious balcony. The second bedroom offers two single beds (90x190). The property also includes a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

You may use the communal swimming pool and surrounding sunbathing area. However, the pool is closed from October 1st to June 1st. The neighbouring apartment is also available for rent, perfect if you're travelling with another family and wish to stay nearby. A bus stop is within walking distance.

Good to know
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Dutch TV channels are not available in this apartment. The property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Winter stay
Our winter rental period starts from 28 days. For stays shorter than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can begin on any day of the month and does not have to coincide with the calendar month.

Key handover
Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can check in from 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day. On the day of departure, check-out is normally before 11:00 a.m. Different times are possible in consultation with the property manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers are available to provide various services to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. They will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and give you useful tips about the area. They are also your point of contact throughout your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
