The balcony is south-facing, so you’ll enjoy sunshine from morning till evening. It overlooks the large communal pool and sunbathing lawns – perfect for relaxing with a drink or book. The balcony also has a dining table with comfy chairs where you can fully unwind.

Sleep & recharge
Bedroom 1: a spacious double bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200 cm) that you can push together if you like. This room also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet – super convenient!

Good to know
Parking is easy on the street. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking indoors.
Key handover can be arranged any day of the week. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out before 11:00 AM – though alternative times can be discussed with the hosts. Upon arrival, you’ll be personally welcomed, get the keys, and receive great tips about the area. The hosts are also available throughout your stay if you need anything.

From 28 nights and up, you can enjoy a sunny winter escape here. Staying for less than four weeks? Then the weekly rate applies. You choose your arrival day – totally flexible!
