There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200), which can be placed together or apart. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, both featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Integrated air conditioning (hot/cold) ensures year-round comfort.

Winter stay
Long-term winter rentals are possible starting from 28 days. Arrival can be on any day of the month.

Practical information
Minimum stay: 10 nights. Your small dog is welcome here! Please note that smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.

Water is included in the rental price

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
