This very neat and attractive apartment is located in the heart of Torrevieja. The apartment is on the third floor of a beautiful apartment complex near many cozy restaurants and bars. You will also find a large supermarket (Mercadona) just 250 meters away. Playa Cabo Cervera beach and La Mata beaches are just 900 m away. This apartment has a large balcony that is oriented to the west.

The apartment can be reached via a lift. At the rear there is an enclosed area where you can park your car. The apartment offers a spacious living room with a comfortable couch and a dining table with 4 chairs. In the apartment you can use Wi-Fi. The house is also equipped with air conditioning that can both cool and heat the house. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer combination, a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster and a filter coffee machine.

The apartment offers two bedrooms, both with high fitted wardrobes to store your clothes. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom has a double bed (150x190). From this bedroom you also have access to the spacious balcony. The other bedroom has two single beds (90x190). The house also has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

You can use the communal swimming pool and the surrounding sunbathing area. However, it is closed from October 1 to June 1 of the year.

In this property pets are not allowed.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
