Tucked away in the friendly Vila Del Mar 2 complex, this charming apartment is ideally located in Torrevieja. Just a short walk brings you to the beach or the lively six-kilometre promenade – ideal for evening strolls or enjoying the sunset by the sea.

The apartment is on the first floor (note: no lift). Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting space that feels like home. The living room flows into the open kitchen, equipped with a three-burner induction hob and washing machine. The brand-new bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200), the other two single beds (90 x 180). At the rear, there’s a small patio, and at the front, a sunny balcony measuring approximately 2.40 by 2.45 metres – perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Guests have free access to the complex’s shared pool. Dutch TV channels are available for relaxed evenings in.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

Winter stays
Available for winter rentals from 28 nights. For shorter stays, the weekly rate applies. Arrival is possible on any day of the month.

Key handover
Available any day of the week. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Other times can be arranged with the host. You’ll be personally welcomed and receive useful tips about the local area. The host remains your contact during your stay.
