This quietly located ground floor apartment is located on the edge of the Spanish village of Pilar de la Horadada and is part of the 27-family residence "La Rambla Beach". This domain borders the dry river bed “La Rambla”, via this green Rambla it is about 3 km walking or cycling to the beautiful beach of Playa de Las Higuericas. The center of Pilar de la Horadada with supermarket, church square, shops, bars and restaurants is easily reached on foot or by bike. Inland you will find the golf course of Lo Romero 4 kilometers away.

This bright house has a living room with open kitchen separated by a coil island with a cozy bar. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher and of course numerous small kitchen appliances. Through the sitting room with sofa, TV cabinet, Smart TV with all international channels, you enter the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has sliding doors that open onto the terrace. The second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and a second bathroom can be reached via the kitchen. The bathrooms are both equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet, the bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.

The washing machine can be found in the conversion on the rear terrace, you can park the car at the back of the house. There are also two bicycles available that can be used.
The house is equipped with integrated air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms. In addition, there is also fast WiFi via fiber optic.

At the front, the house has a spacious terrace with a lounge set, two sun beds, a large parasol and a dining table with chairs so that you can dine outside. This terrace is located on the southwest, at the back the house also has a terrace where, among other things, the bicycles can find a place.

La Rambla Beach has a communal indoor area with a nice swimming pool and separate children's pool.

Good to know
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. Smoking is also not permitted indoors. This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Winter stay
Our winter season starts from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month and does not have to coincide with the calendar month.

Key handover
The key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can check into your holiday home from 4:00 p.m. on the first day of your stay. On your departure day, you are normally expected to leave before 11:00 a.m. Different times are possible in consultation with the property manager. Upon your arrival and during your stay, the managers can offer various services to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. They will welcome you personally, hand over the keys, and share useful tips about the area. They will also be your point of contact during your stay.
