Description

This charming house in Mil Palmeras is located right on the coast with phenomenal sea views, just 100 meters from one of the many beautiful, wide sandy beaches.

Supermarkets and restaurants are also within walking distance. The house has a lovely garden on both sides, so you can enjoy sun or shade at any time of the day. At the front you can have breakfast overlooking the sea and the warmth of the morning sun. Every morning you can witness the sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea.

The property consists of three levels. On the ground floor: the entrance, a cozy living room with direct access to the rear garden, and air conditioning. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, a small drip coffee machine, and other appliances. The rear garden offers a pleasant seating area with beautiful greenery. From here, you can access the communal swimming pool, which you may use during your stay. There is also a toilet and a utility area with a washing machine on this floor.

The first floor has two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a balcony with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and a double bed (180 x 200). This room is also equipped with air conditioning, although the sea breeze often makes it unnecessary. The second bedroom at the rear has two single beds (80 x 200), which can be pushed together, and a small balcony overlooking the pool. A bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower is also on this floor.

The top floor houses the third bedroom—a spacious room that can also be used as a home office. It includes a charming bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. From the front windows, you once again have sea views.

The house has fast Wi-Fi via fiber optic and a television. Beach chairs and beach towels are also provided.

Good to know
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Winter stay
Our winter period starts from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can begin on any day of the month and does not have to align with the calendar month.

Key handover
Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can check in from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you are expected to check out before 11:00 a.m. Other times can be arranged with the manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers can offer various services to make your holiday as smooth as possible. They will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and give helpful tips about the area. They will be your point of contact during your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
