This modernized bungalow is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood of Dehesa de Campoamor. Within walking distance, you will find restaurants and a supermarket. The property is approximately 900 meters from the sandy beach on the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. About 6 kilometers away, you'll find several golf courses where you might enjoy a round of golf from time to time.

The property has 2 bedrooms, one of which features a double bed (150x200). The other bedroom offers 2 single beds (90x200). For these 2 beds, we also have a mattress topper available, creating a double bed of 180x200. There is a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob, washing machine, and a dryer.

At the front of the property, you can relax outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. The property is fully enclosed, providing ample privacy. The garden is south-facing, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.

The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and Dutch TV. A short distance away is the communal area of the villa complex. Here, you'll find a large communal swimming pool, sunbathing areas, a playground, paddle tennis court, and 3 tennis courts.

This property is located approximately 49 kilometers from Alicante International Airport. The Murcia (Corvera) Airport is also just 49 kilometers away. With daily flights from the Netherlands and/or Belgium, you can quickly return to your beautiful villa.

Key Collection: Key collection is possible on any day of the week. You can check into your holiday home from 4:00 PM on the first day of your stay. On the day of departure, you will usually leave the property by 10:00 AM. Other times can be arranged in consultation with the property manager. Upon your arrival and during your stay, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as convenient as possible. They will welcome you, perform the key handover, and provide you with useful tips about the nearby area. They are also your point of contact during your stay.

Total Service: We also provide airport service. If desired, we can pick you up from and drop you off at the airport. Upon your arrival at the airport, a Dutch-speaking driver will be waiting for you. They will take you directly to your holiday home and return you to the airport at the agreed-upon time. If desired, we can also arrange a welcome grocery package. We will do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful vacation!
