Located in a quiet residential area, between the breathtaking golf courses of Villamartin and Campoamor, our apartment offers the ideal base for your dream holiday. For your daily shopping you only have to drive a short distance to the nearby Aldi or Mercadona. In addition, you will find numerous cozy cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. At 4 kilometers you will find the popular Zenia Boulevard shopping mall. And as icing on the cake, the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca are a short distance away. Although a car is needed to get there, there are plenty of parking options at the beaches, so that's not a problem at all.

Our apartment, located on the second floor, offers a breathtaking view of the green area and the beautiful communal swimming pools of the community. The southeast-facing balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the sun in the morning. With 3 bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the whole family. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (150 x 200), while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 x 200). The master bedroom on the side of the balcony has a private bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and spacious walk-in shower. In addition, a second bathroom with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower is available for your convenience.

In the cozy living room you will find a comfortable sofa and armchair, perfect for relaxing while enjoying your favorite international TV channels. In addition, the apartment offers high-speed fiber optic internet, ideal for working remotely or streaming your favorite online content.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances so that you can effortlessly prepare a delicious meal. Thanks to the integrated air conditioning (hot/cold) you can stay in comfort all year round.

You can use the communal (heated) swimming pool with jacuzzi and 2 jeux de boules courts. For your convenience, a secure underground car park is available where you can park your car or store your bicycles.
