The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, etc. In the utility room you can find the washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi by optic fibre and all TV chanels. The apartment also has integrated air conditioning that can both cool and heat the apartment.

You can use the communal swimming pool with sprayers and a large children's pool and the accompanying playground. You can also park your car or bicycles in the underground parking garage.

This apartment is located approximately 58 kilometers from the international airport of Alicante. Murcia airport (Corvera) is also just 42 km away. With the daily flights from the Netherlands and / or Belgium you will always be back in your beautiful apartment quickly.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Key transfer: The key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of residence from 4 p.m. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and do the key transfer with you personally and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
