From the living room, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The spacious balcony is perfect for relaxing with a drink, feeling the sea breeze, and listening to the sound of the waves. A lovely promenade invites you for a stroll along the beach.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and more. The utility room includes a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment offers high-speed fibre Wi-Fi and Dutch/Flemish TV channels. Integrated air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures year-round, whether cooling or heating.

You also have access to the communal swimming pool with water features and a large children's pool, as well as a playground. Parking is available in the underground garage for your car or bicycles.

The property is located about 58 km from Alicante airport and 42 km from Murcia (Corvera). Thanks to frequent direct flights from the Netherlands and Belgium, the apartment is always easy to reach.

Practical information
Minimum stay: 10 nights. Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed.

Winter stays
For stays of 28 days or more, winter rates apply. Stays under 4 weeks follow the standard weekly pricing. Arrival is possible on any day of the month.

Key handover
Check-in is from 16:00, check-out before 11:00. Alternative times are possible in consultation with the property manager. You will be welcomed in person and receive useful tips about the area. The manager will remain your point of contact during your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
