This luxurious apartment is located on the second floor of the popular Flamenca Village Resort, right in the heart of the tourist centre of the Costa Blanca. Everything you need is within walking distance, so a car is not necessary. If you do have a car, you can park it safely in the secured underground garage.

Just 600 metres away you’ll find the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard is only 700 metres away. The area also offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. If you enjoy visiting local markets, the lively Saturday street market of Playa Flamenca is only 400 metres from the apartment. And for golf enthusiasts, the nearest golf course, Villamartin Golf, is just 4 kilometres away.

Flamenca Village Resort offers many luxurious communal amenities, including a large pool with a bar, a heated pool, children’s pools, a playground, jacuzzi, gym and wellness area. The apartment has a bright and stylishly furnished living room, with large windows bringing in natural daylight. It faces west, so you can enjoy the sun from early afternoon until the evening – both inside and on the spacious balcony of approx. 20 m². From the balcony, you’ll have a lovely view of one of the communal pools and the beautifully maintained gardens of Flamenca Village Resort.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, and other appliances – perfect for cooking at home.

The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200), the other with two single beds (80 x 200). The bathroom features a washbasin, shower and toilet, with the unique feature that the toilet and shower can be closed off separately.

The apartment has integrated air conditioning (heating and cooling) throughout, and the bathroom includes underfloor heating for added comfort in cooler months. Fast Wi-Fi is available, along with a TV offering Dutch and Flemish channels. Both the apartment and underground garage are accessible by lift and stairs.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking indoors is prohibited.

Rental details
This apartment is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Long stays
Our long-stay winter period begins from 28 nights. For stays shorter than 4 weeks, the standard weekly rate applies. You can start your rental on any day of the month – it doesn’t have to align with the calendar.

Key handover
The key handover can take place on any day of the week. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Different times are possible in consultation with the property manager. Upon arrival and throughout your stay, the managers are there to welcome you personally, provide local tips, and assist with any services you may need.
