At the front of the bungalow, you’ll find a spacious terrace of about 37 m² and your very own private pool – ideal for cooling off or soaking up the sun. Inside, the bright and open living area welcomes you with large windows and a cheerful vibe. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and more.

There are three generous bedrooms – two at the back and one at the front – with a total of two double beds (160x200 and 150x200) and two single beds (80x200). You’ll also find two stylish bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.

At the back, there’s a peaceful 12 m² patio for some extra shade and privacy. And then there's the real highlight: the spacious rooftop terrace of around 85 m²! Soak up the sun all year round, fire up the outdoor kitchen, or kick back in the lounge area with your favorite drink.
