The Mediterranean Sea is just a short distance away, and golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know there’s a beautiful course only 7 kilometers away.

At the front of the bungalow, a spacious terrace of approx. 37 m² invites you to enjoy outdoor living. You’ll also find the private pool here – a perfect spot to cool down and unwind. The generous living room with open kitchen is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher – everything you need for a carefree stay.

The bungalow features three spacious bedrooms, two at the rear and one at the front. All bedrooms are fitted with box spring beds: two double beds (180 x 200) and two single beds (90 x 200). There are two modern bathrooms with large walk-in showers, toilets and sinks. At the back of the house, you'll find a 12 m² patio with a washing machine and drying rack. A stone staircase at the front leads to your private rooftop terrace of no less than 85 m². Here, you can enjoy the sun all year round. The terrace includes an outdoor kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with sun pergola, and a cozy dining area.

This property offers great comfort: fast Wi-Fi, Dutch and Flemish television including Fox Sports and Ziggo Sport. Just a few minutes away by car lies the Dos Mares shopping center, with numerous shops and eateries.

Winter stays

For stays of 28 nights or more, a special long-stay rate applies. Shorter stays are charged at the regular weekly rate. You choose your arrival day – flexible and easy.

Key handover

Check-in is possible any day of the week from 4:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 a.m. Different times can be arranged in consultation. The property managers will welcome you personally, hand over the keys and provide useful local tips. They remain your point of contact throughout your stay.
