Modern new ground floor apartment (115m²) located on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a south-facing terrace with a sunshade over the entire width of the terrace on a closed ground. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 cmx200 cm). The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cmx200 cm). Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in rain shower, toilet and sink (including hair dryer). The apartment has an open kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, dining table and 4 chairs. Living with Samsung smart TV (with Dutch channels and Netflix), coffee table and free WiFi. The entire apartment has air conditioning. There is a private terrace with table, chairs and lounge set. You overlook the communal swimming pool. The long, wide sandy beach (Playa Higuericas) is around 150 m away. During your stay you can use 4 bicycles and 4 beach chairs / beds free of charge. There is also a cool box with cooling elements.

Provision of keys: The provision of the keys is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of residence from 4 p.m. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They welcome you and do the provision of keys with you personally and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.
