Welcome to this modern and tastefully furnished apartment, located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood of Torre de la Horadada. This delightful seaside town lies in an authentic region of the Southern Costa Blanca / Costa Cálida, an area that has largely escaped mass tourism. Nature here has preserved its original beauty, and the local culture still radiates the charm of traditional Spain.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained, gated complex and offers direct access to a south-facing terrace with a wide retractable awning. This makes it easy to enjoy the outdoor space all year round. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with a comfortable lounge area, a Samsung smart TV with Dutch channels and Netflix, and fast Wi-Fi. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and a washing machine – ideal for longer stays.

The main bedroom features a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm) and direct access to one of the two stylish bathrooms, both of which are fitted with walk-in rain showers, a toilet, sink, and hairdryer. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Every room is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort in any season.

From the terrace, you have a view of the attractive communal pool. Just 150 meters away lies the wide sandy Playa Higuericas – perfect for a refreshing morning swim or a full day of beach fun. During your stay, you can make use of four bicycles, sun loungers, and a cooler box with reusable ice packs, making beach days even more convenient.

The apartment’s location is ideal for exploring the region. Alicante Airport is 60 km away, La Zenia Boulevard is 10 km, and both Murcia and Cartagena are reachable within 40 minutes by car.

Pets are not allowed in this holiday home, and smoking indoors is not permitted.

Long stays / Winter rentals
For stays of 28 nights or more, we offer special winter rates. Shorter stays are charged at the weekly rate. Arrivals are flexible and can start on any day of the month.

Key handover
You can check in on any day of the week from 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Other times can be arranged in consultation. Upon arrival, our local manager will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and share useful tips about the area. They will remain your main contact throughout your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
