This apartment is situated in the centre of a cozy and quiet neighbourhood in Torre de la Horadada.

At walking distance you will find many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and various shops. The apartment is about 500 meter van het strand and the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also famous for its fantastic golfcourses. At about 11 kilometer you will find the nearest golfclubs, where you can enjoy playing golf.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrace that is adjacent to the living room is oriented to the south. From the garden you have a view of the communal swimming pool and spacious lawns with palm trees. The apartment is equipped with a large awning so that there is also enough shade when it gets too hot.

The living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances such as induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, nespresso etc. You can of course enjoy Wi-Fi in the home and a Sonos sound system.

The bedrooms have two spacious double beds (2 m x 1.80 m) and two single beds (2 m x 0.9 m). The two modern bathrooms are equipped with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. At the front of this apartment is the terrace that is situated adjacent to the street. On this terrace you have the sun in the morning.

The communal facilities include 1 communal swimming pool (fresh water), a children's pool, a salt-water jacuzzi, a gym and a sauna.

In this property pets are not allowed.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Provision of keys

The provision of the keys is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of residence from 4 p.m. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They welcome you and do the provision of keys with you personally and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
