Description

This beach house is centrally located in a cozy and quiet area in Torre de la Horadada. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, a supermarket and various shops. The house is located about 500 meters from the beach on the Mediterranean. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. At about 11 kilometers you will find one of the many golf courses, where you may be able to play a round of golf now and then.

The living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances such as an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Of course you can enjoy fast Wi-Fi (via fiber optic).

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a terrace at both the front and the back so that you can always find the sun or the shade. The terrace that is adjacent to the living room is oriented to the south. From the garden at the rear you have a view of the communal swimming pool with spacious sunbathing areas with palm trees. The house is equipped with a large awning so that there is also enough shade when it gets too hot.

One of the three bedrooms is on the ground floor. This bedroom has two single beds (2 x 0.90). The other two bedrooms on the first floor have two spacious double beds (2 x 1.80). The three modern bathrooms have a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. The bedroom at the front of the house has a spacious balcony from where you can also reach the private roof terrace. There is a lounge set and sun beds on the roof terrace. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the communal facilities but also sea view.

The communal facilities include 1 communal swimming pool (fresh water), children's pool, Jacuzzi with salt water, a gym and a sauna.

Pets are not allowed in this house.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Key handover: The key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of stay from 4 pm. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. Upon your arrival and during your vacation, the managers can provide you with various services to make your vacation as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you and give you some useful tips about the surrounding area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
