Large windows flood the living room with natural light and open directly onto the terrace with a private swimming pool (4 x 5 metres). The south-facing garden ensures all-day sunshine.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190 cm), as well as a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (150 x 200 cm). The bathroom on this level features a second shower, toilet and vanity unit. The south-facing bedroom gives access to a generous balcony, while the north-facing bedroom has a smaller private balcony. From the larger balcony, stairs lead up to your private rooftop terrace – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy panoramic views, including a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea.

Inside, everything is provided for a carefree stay. Please note: pets are not allowed and smoking is only permitted outdoors.

This property is available for rent with a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Long stays (winter rentals)

For stays of 28 days or more, a special long-stay rate applies. Shorter stays are charged at the weekly rate. Start dates are flexible and do not need to match calendar months.

Key handover
Check-in is possible on any day of the week from 16:00, and check-out is before 11:00. Alternative times are possible in consultation with the local manager. Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed, handed the keys, and provided with useful local tips. During your stay, the manager remains your main point of contact for questions or additional services.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
