The open kitchen offers everything you need, including a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and kettle – perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal after a day at the beach. Large windows flood the living room with natural light and open directly onto the terrace with a private swimming pool (4 x 5 metres). The south-facing garden ensures all-day sunshine.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190 cm), as well as a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (150 x 200 cm). The bathroom on this level features a second shower, toilet and vanity unit. The south-facing bedroom gives access to a generous balcony, while the north-facing bedroom has a smaller private balcony. From the larger balcony, stairs lead up to your private rooftop terrace – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy panoramic views, including a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea.

Long stays (winter rentals)

For stays of 28 days or more, a special long-stay rate applies. Shorter stays are charged at the weekly rate. Start dates are flexible and do not need to match calendar months.

Key handover
Check-in is possible on any day of the week from 16:00, and check-out is before 11:00. Alternative times are possible in consultation with the local manager. Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed, handed the keys, and provided with useful local tips. During your stay, the manager remains your main point of contact for questions or additional services.
