Winter stays: Our winter period starts from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. Your rental period can start on any day of the month and does not need to align with the calendar month.

Key handover: Key handover is possible on any day of the week. On your arrival day, you can enter the property from 16:00. On the day of departure, you normally leave the accommodation before 11:00. Other times may be arranged in consultation with the property manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers can provide various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They will welcome you personally, hand over the keys, and share useful tips about the area. They are also your contact point during your stay.
