The apartment is stylishly furnished with a bright living room and an open kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances. From the living area, you step onto the sunny balcony with a lovely view of the communal gardens and the swimming pool.

The property has 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds featuring extra storage space underneath. The master bedroom includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has two single beds with storage underneath and is located next to the second bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity unit and underfloor heating, including towels. Thanks to integrated air conditioning (hot & cold), you will enjoy perfect comfort both in summer and winter. Of course, there is fast Wi-Fi and international TV channels available.

You can park your car safely in the underground garage, accessible by lift or stairs.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is only permitted outside.

Winter rental
Our winter rental period starts from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month; it does not have to align with the calendar month.

Key handover
The key handover can take place on any day of the week. You can enter your holiday home from 4:00 p.m. on the first day of your stay. On the day of departure, the property must normally be vacated before 11:00 a.m. Different times can be arranged with the property manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers are available to assist you and provide useful local tips. They personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and are your point of contact throughout your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
