The spacious south-facing terrace is a true highlight, equipped with sun loungers and perfect for soaking up the sun year-round. From the garden, you have a lovely view of one of the communal swimming pools, which can be accessed directly. There’s also a shared garden and a playground for guests of all ages to enjoy and unwind.

Inside, the apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms feature a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and there’s also an additional single bed (100 x 190 cm) – ideal for families or extra guests. Each bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin and shower.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed fibre Wi-Fi and Chromecast – ideal for streaming or remote work, so you stay connected throughout your stay.

Our winter rental period starts at 28 days. For shorter stays, the weekly rate applies. You can start your rental on any day of the month.

Key handover
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Alternative times can be arranged with the host, who will welcome you personally and provide tips about the area. The host remains your contact during your stay.
