Welcome to this charming villa in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood of Dehesa de Campoamor. Restaurants, bars, shops, and a supermarket are all within walking distance, and the Mediterranean beach is just a 10-minute stroll away. Fancy a round of golf? The nearest course is only 6 kilometres away. La Zenia Boulevard is just about 10 minutes kilometers drive from the villa. Both in the summer and winter the shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard attracts lots of people. Here you will find lots of shops, boutiques, restaurants and many more. 

The villa features a spacious garden with a large terrace, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and even a TV you can watch from outside – perfect for long evenings in the Spanish sun. Inside, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, making it ideal for a family or small group.

Wi-Fi is available, though please note: there are no Dutch TV channels. In winter, the villa is heated with five propane gas bottles (11.5 litres each), which are at your own expense. Just 5 minutes away on foot, you’ll find a shared swimming pool with a children’s pool and tennis courts. The popular La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is only a 10-minute drive away, offering plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities.

The villa is available for a minimum stay of 10 nights. Arrivals are possible any day of the week, with check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM (other times can be arranged). You’ll be welcomed personally by the hosts, who are also available during your stay for any assistance or local tips.
