This villa is situated in the centre of a cozy and quiet neighbourhood in Dehesa de Campoamor. At walking distance you will find many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and various shops. The villa is about 850 meters from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Blanca is also famous for its fantastic golfcourses. At about 6 kilometer you will find the nearest golfclubs, where you can enjoy playing golf.

This modernized villa is located in a quiet residential area of Dehesa de Campoamor. It is approximately 800 meters from the beautiful beaches of Campoamor. The villa has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (150x190). The other bedroom offers a double bed (135x200) and 2 single beds (90x200). There is a bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, induction hob and even a wine cooler.

Both at the rear and the front of the villa you can sit outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. You have enough privacy on both sides of the house.

The villa has Wi-Fi and TV. The common area of the residential area is a short distance away. Here you will find a large communal swimming pool, sunbathing areas, terraces, a playground and a number of tennis courts.

This beautiful holiday-rental villa is just about 49 kilometer from the international airport of Alicante. Also the regional airport of Murcia (Corvera) is just about 49 kilometers away. With the daily flights from the United Kingdom and Ireland you will arrive quickly in your lovely holiday-rental villa.

Key transfer: The key transfer is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of residence from 4 p.m. On the day of departure you normally leave the house before 11 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and do the key transfer with you personally and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Total Service: We also provide airport service. If desired, we can also pick you up and drop you off at the airport. A Dutch-speaking driver will be waiting for you upon arrival at the airport. You bring this directly to your holiday home and back to the airport at the agreed time. If desired, we also provide a shopping package upon arrival. We will do everything to ensure you have a wonderful holiday!
