This detached villa is located in a quiet new residential area in San Pedro del Pinatar. The promenade along the Mar Menor and the beaches are about 800 meters away on foot. You can also find plenty of facilities including cozy restaurants, cafes and other shops. At about 1 kilometer you will find the Dos Mares shopping center where, among other things, a large Carrefour supermarket is located.

The villa has a private garden with a private swimming pool. It is also possible to park your car on your own property behind a closed gate. Or as you wish to be able to store your bicycles. From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the cozy garden with palm tree.
