Description

This new corner house is centrally located in a cozy and quiet neighborhood on the coastal town of Lo Pagán in San Pedro del Pinatar.

Within walking distance you will find restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, shops and the weekly market. It is also a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and other sports enthusiasts, you have the most amazing cycling and walking routes to admire the fantastic flora and fauna of the beautiful Las Salinas Natural Park. Here you are guaranteed to discover flamingos! You can also take the famous mud baths here. In short, a place to enjoy yourself all year round.

The property is located about 700 meters from the beach on the Mar Menor. Thanks to its location between two seas, there are different types of swimming possibilities. Due to the calmer waters, the Mar Menor is very suitable as a family beach or for people with limited mobility. If you prefer to enjoy the larger seas, the Mediterranean is a very short distance away.

The house has a spacious corner kitchen with a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, grill, Dolce Gusto and many other equipment. The living room has sliding doors that give access to the private terrace with a spacious private swimming pool (4.5m x 2.5m). On the terrace you will also find a dining table, 2 sunbeds and a parasol (3m). You watch all international channels on a 55 inch smart TV. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet.

On the ground floor there is also a spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobes. You can watch TV in this room with the available Chromecast. In the bed of 160x200cm (with storage space under the mattress) you will certainly be able to sleep well and completely relax. Adjacent to this bedroom you will find the first modern bathroom. This is equipped with a spacious walk-in cabin with rain shower, washbasin with double drawers and a toilet.

On the first floor are the other 2 bedrooms. At the front, the bedroom has a double bed (160x200), the bedroom adjacent to the balcony has two single beds (90x200). You will also find the 2nd modern bathroom on this floor.

The balcony is accessible from the landing through a sliding door. On the balcony you will find the stairs to the roof terrace. Under these stairs is a room containing, among other things, the boiler, washing machine, drying rack and ironing board.

The spacious private roof terrace of 40m² has a lounge set and 2 sunbeds. Here you can enjoy the sun until the late hours. The terrace is equipped with water, electricity and recessed lighting. From this roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the town of Lo Pagán.

The house is equipped with an integrated air conditioning system that can cool or heat all rooms. The ground floor and upper floor can be operated separately.

Good to know
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. Smoking indoors is also not permitted.

Winter stay
Our winter rental period starts from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month and does not need to coincide with the calendar month.

Key handover
Key handover is possible on any day of the week. You can check into your holiday home from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you are normally expected to check out before 11:00 a.m. Other times are possible in consultation with the property manager. Upon arrival and during your stay, the managers can offer various services to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. They will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and provide helpful tips about the local area. They will also be your point of contact throughout your stay.

Unfortunately we are unable to rent to independent travelling persons under the age of 25. 30% deposit to be paid within one week of initial booking. The remaining balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. We do not handle arrivals or departures between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. ---- Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. This is a requirement under Spanish law, and unfortunately, we need to take a photo of it. If you have any objections to this, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to grant you access to the property. Thank you for your understanding!
