Welcome to your sunny stay in San Pedro del Pinatar – a spacious townhouse with private pool and rooftop terrace!

This comfortable home is in a prime location: within walking distance of the vibrant center of San Pedro, cozy restaurants, supermarkets, and the popular Monday market. Want to hit the beach or take a long walk? The Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor are easily accessible by bike or car – or enjoy a relaxing walk or ride along the promenade.

Inside, you’ll find an open kitchen equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. The bright living room features large sliding doors to the terrace with a private pool (4x2m), a comfortable sofa and armchair, international TV channels, and high-speed fiber-optic internet.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with a spacious double bed (180x200) and direct access to the front terrace. This room has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity. There’s also a guest toilet on this level.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190). Both rooms have access to the front balcony. The spacious bathroom on this floor features a double shower, toilet, and vanity – perfect for sharing.

And then: the rooftop terrace! From the central landing, you reach your own sunny rooftop where you can enjoy full privacy, all-day sun, and stunning views. The terrace includes two sun loungers, a lounge set, and a dining table with chairs.

The house has an integrated air conditioning system for both cooling and heating – comfort all year round.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking indoors is prohibited.

Winter stays

From 28 nights onward, a special winter rate applies. For shorter stays, the weekly rate applies. Arrival dates are flexible.

Key handover

Available any day of the week. Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Other times can be arranged. The hosts will welcome you personally, hand over the keys, and share helpful tips about the area. They will be your main point of contact during your stay.
