Located on the second floor of a well-kept complex, it’s easily accessible by lift. Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living space with an open kitchen and direct access to the spacious balcony – both from the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony offers a lovely open view, complete with a dining table and lounge set – the perfect place to unwind in the Spanish sun.

There’s a cosy brasserie on the ground floor, which you can access from the entrance or directly from the pool. More dining options, bike rentals, and local shops are just 500 metres away, and the large Dos Mares shopping centre is only 2 km down the road – ideal for a shopping spree or groceries.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob, extractor fan, filter coffee machine, and all the essentials. Want to cook at home? You’re all set!

The master bedroom features a comfy double boxspring (160x200 cm) and a private en-suite with a bathtub/shower combo, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom has two single boxsprings (90x200 cm), along with its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Perfect for privacy and convenience!

Can be arranged any day of the week. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Need a different time? Just ask. You’ll be personally welcomed by the hosts, who’ll give you the keys and share tips about the area. They’ll also be available throughout your stay if you need anything.
