Spread over two floors, the home features a spacious living area on the first floor with a comfortable sofa, large TV with international channels, and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and kettle. The sunny south-facing balcony is perfect for your morning coffee. A separate toilet is also available on this floor.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (190 x 200) and access to a cosy balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) that can be joined together, and the third bedroom at the rear includes two single beds (100 x 200). The spacious bathroom on this floor comes with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and master bedroom. You can park on the street. Need more space? The neighbouring property is also available for rent.
