Penthouse with a view of greenery in Pilar de la Horadada

This quietly located penthouse is located on the edge of the Spanish village of Pilar de la Horadada and is part of the 27-unit residence “La Rambla Beach”. This domain borders the dry riverbed "La Rambla", via this green Rambla it is about 3 km walking or cycling to the beautiful beach of Playa de Las Higuericas. The center of Pilar de la Horadada with supermarket, church square, shops, bars and restaurants is easy to reach on foot or by bicycle. Inland you will find the golf course of Lo Romero at 4 kilometers.

This bright house has a living room with an open kitchen separated by a rinsing island with a cozy bar. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher and of course numerous small kitchen appliances. Through the living room with sofa, TV cabinet, Smart TV with all international channels, you enter the master bedroom (160 x 200) with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200) and a second bathroom can be reached through the kitchen. The bathrooms are both equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet, the bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.

The house is equipped with integrated air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms. In addition, there is also fast WiFi via fiber optic.

In addition to the balcony at the front of the house, this penthouse offers a spacious private roof terrace. On this roof terrace there is a comfortable lounge set, sun loungers and a BBQ. If it gets too hot on the roof terrace, you can use the pergola for the necessary shade. From the roof terrace you have an unobstructed view of the adjacent green strip.

La Rambla Beach has a shared indoor area with a nice swimming pool and separate children's pool.

No pets are allowed in this holiday home. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.

Hibernate: Our hibernation period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. This does not therefore have to coincide with a calendar month.

Key collection: Key collection is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of your stay from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Total Service: We also provide airport service. If desired, we can also pick you up from and drop you off at the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, a Dutch-speaking driver will be waiting for you. This will take you directly to your holiday home and back to the airport at the agreed time. If desired, we can also provide a shopping package upon arrival. We will do everything we can to give you a wonderful holiday!
