If you want to use our services to assist you in buying a property you can choose from three packages:
Package 1

When you have found your dream home, we will take care of the following phases for you:
- Viewing (1 home);
- Negotiate price;
- Follow on the sidelines and support in the total purchasing process.
Package 2
€ 2.200,-
If you have made a selection of different properties that meet your requirements and wishes, you will be guided through the following phases with this package:
- Viewings (max. 5 houses);
- Negotiate;
- Follow on the sidelines and support in the total purchasing process.
Package 3
€ 3.630,-
If you need guidance and advice from A to Z for a period of 6 months, we will provide the following for you:
- Help with finding suitable homes;
- Viewings (unlimited number of properties);
- Negotiate;
- Follow on the sidelines and support in the total purchasing process.
The stated amounts are inclusive of VAT. When purchasing a new-build property, we are paid by the project developer and you do not owe us these costs! This also does not apply to the resale properties that we ourselves have for sale exclusively on our website.
How can it be that cheap?
For most real estate agents working in Spain, the costs are calculated on the basis of a percentage of the purchase price, the brokerage fee. This brokerage fee from a broker can amount to thousands of euros. The unique formula of Van Dam Estates is different. With a purchase order, the brokers do not cooperate with a brokerage commission but only receive the package price.
