Explore your wishes and possibilities
If you are looking for a home for sale, it is useful to make a housing wish list in advance. With a wish list, the search becomes easier and more targeted for you.
You can think of:
- In which places would you like to live or not?
- Should there be facilities such as primary schools or public transport nearby?
- What is the minimum living area of the home?
- How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you need at least?
- Would you like a private pool or is a communal pool also fine?
- Do you want a storage room, a shed or garage at the house?
- Are there enough parking spaces?
- Are you willing to do odd jobs in the home or do you want to be able to move into it?
- How is the house in relation to the sun?
- Do you want to buy an existing home or a new-build home?
- What kind of home do you want to buy? An apartment, single-family house, villa?
- How much can your new home in Spain cost?
- How much extra financing do I need for this?
After compiling your wish list, we could organize an appointment in both the Netherlands and Spain. Our advice is to meet you in the Netherlands in advance, so that we can prepare properly as soon as we meet you again in Spain. You are very welcome (by appointment) at our office in Leerdam.
