Location, location, location. The brokers' mantra is more than a common cliché. The gist of that message is, of course, true. The most beautiful house in an environment that does not sufficiently meet the wishes that the buyer has for the facilities in the area immediately becomes a lot less attractive. To help potential buyers and tenants find their ideal location, on this page you will find extensive profiles of the main municipalities on the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida.
The pages can be roughly divided into two categories. On the one hand, we describe municipalities where (many) new homes are being built. On the other hand, we highlight the cities in the region that are important for excursions and day trips. On the pages you will find a lot of information, many photos, a video and links to important and interesting topics. A simple click on the picture will take you to the page of the municipality of your choice. The number of profiles is constantly being expanded.
