This attractively furnished Spanish family home is located in Lo Pagán. The beaches and promenade of San Pedro are a 10-minute walk away. In addition, all important facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and shops can be found at a short distance.

The house offers a cozy terrace at the front of the house. At the rear of the house is a patio where you can also dine if you want a little more privacy. The living room is attractively furnished with a comfortable sofa. The closed kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, sink, extractor hood, fridge / freezer combination and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house. Here is the double bed (160 x 200). This is spacious and has a small balcony. The second bedroom is located at the rear of the house. Here are the two single beds (90 x 200). In addition, the bathroom can be found here with a toilet, sink and bath with shower. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

In the house you can enjoy WiFi and you can also watch your favorite programs on the large modern TV. You can park your car in the street in front of the house.

A small dog is allowed in this holiday home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Hibernate: Our hibernation period is from 28 days. If you rent for less than 4 weeks, the weekly rate applies. The rental period can start on any day of the month. This does not therefore have to coincide with a calendar month.

Key collection: Key collection is possible on any day of the week. You can move into your holiday home on the first day of your stay from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you normally leave the house before 11:00 am. Other times are possible in consultation with the manager. On your arrival and during your holiday, the managers can provide you with various services to make your holiday as easy as possible. They welcome you and personally hand over the keys with you and give you some useful tips about the nearby area. They are also the point of contact during your stay.

Total Service: We also provide airport service. If desired, we can also pick you up from and drop you off at the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, a Dutch-speaking driver will be waiting for you. This will take you directly to your holiday home and back to the airport at the agreed time. If desired, we can also provide a shopping package upon arrival. We will do everything we can to give you a wonderful holiday!
