This attractively furnished apartment is located a stone's throw from the beach (Playa de las Salinas) on the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is a very famous water sports area. Ideal if you want to spend a lot of time on and around the water. The complex is located next to the popular kite surf school Spinosa. Here you can also do canoes, stand-up paddle (sup) and other water sports activities.

Along the Mar Menor is a long beach promenade of more than 5 kilometers that connects the village of Los Narejos with the Spanish Los Alcázares. At short distances you will find various restaurants, cafes and other facilities.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a cozy balcony that is oriented to the south. Here you can also enjoy the sun in winter with a cup of coffee or something else. On the comfortable sofa you can enjoy TV as you are used to at home. The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer and other small kitchen appliances.
