Numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets can also be found within a short distance. On Thursdays there is a weekly market near this house.
The house has a spacious living room with an open kitchen on the first floor. From the comfortable sofa and armchair you can watch your favorite TV channels on the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer combination. For coffee and tea you can use a Nespresso machine and the kettle. From the living room you have access to a cozy balcony that is oriented to the south. There is also a toilet on this floor. This house has a lot of natural light through the large side windows.
On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a cozy balcony that is also oriented to the south. This bedroom has a double bed (190 x 200). The middle bedroom has 2 single beds (80 x 190). The other double bed (170 x 200) is in the bedroom at the rear of the house. You can also find the spacious bathroom on this floor. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a walk-in shower.
The living room and master bedroom are equipped with an air conditioning system. You can park your car in the street of the house. For large families or families who want to stay together, there is the possibility to rent the adjacent house.
