This attractively furnished penthouse with private roof terrace is located in the Spanish village of Pilar de la Horadada on the Mediterranean Sea. At only 3 kilometers you can find the beautiful wide sandy beaches. Within walking distance you will find many restaurants and cafes in the village as well as the village square with its terraces.

This newly built house is located on the first floor and has a sunny balcony that is oriented to the southeast. It offers a living room with lots of daylight and an open kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and of course numerous small kitchen appliances.

The house has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom at the front of the house has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has one double box spring (180 x 200). The second bedroom offers two single beds (90 x 200). In addition, there is a second bathroom. This is equipped with a washbasin, toilet and shower.
