You will find everything within walking distance, so a car is not necessary. If you have a car, you can park it in the secure underground parking garage with private parking space and there is a bicycle shed for any bicycles.

At only 600 meters you can find the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping center La Zenia Boulevard is also only 700 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there is an abundance of cozy restaurants & cafes. A large supermarket is located right next to the resort. If you like a market then you can indulge yourself on Saturdays in the street market of Playa Flamenca which is only 400 meters away. If you come to play golf, the nearest golf course Villamartin Golf is about 4 kilometers away. The area is flat and ideal for cycling and walking.

The apartment has an attractively furnished living room with lots of daylight through the large windows. The apartment is oriented to the south so that you can enjoy the sun here all year round, in the house but also on the spacious balcony of approx. 29 m². From this spacious balcony you have a view of one of the communal swimming pools and the beautifully landscaped gardens of Flamenca Village resort and nearby characteristic houses.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and other equipment. If you want to cook for yourself, that's no problem. The laundry room has both a washing machine and a dryer.
