Successful home transfer during lock down

Despite the lock down in Spain, today we again had a transfer of a house at the notary. We always go with our clients to the notary, but unfortunately this is currently not allowed. The selling party (our customer) has given a power of attorney so that he did not have to be present. The transfer at the notary takes place under strict hygiene regulations. We would like to congratulate both the buyers and the seller on this joyous fact. The champagne waits and follows as soon as our customer is back in Spain.
