Lomas de Cabo Roig - On Friday, April 24, Van Dam Estates and the builder celebrated the official opening of the new model home of the Fairway III project.
The construction of the various villas has meanwhile started and the model home has just been completed. Good reason to celebrate the official opening.
While enjoying a snack and a drink, we kept up to date, exchanged the latest news and made new plans. Below are some photos of the official opening of the new building. In addition, a number of photos of the model home and furnishings so that you can get an idea of what your villa could look like.
54 villas will be built in Fairway IV. Of these, 35 2-bedroom villas and 19 3-bedroom villas. All houses have 2 bathrooms. The first homes will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. The other homes will follow in the first quarter of 2016.
At the moment 35% has already been sold. So be quick !!!
