Unbridled water fun comes in various forms in and around Torrevieja and Murcia. As an alternative to the beaches and waters of the Mediterranean, three water parks can be visited on the Costa Blanca during the summer months: 2 in Torrevieja and 1 in Quesada. The largest park is Aquopolis, which is located on Avenida Delfina Viudes in Torrevieja. There is a choice of many exciting 'rides' here. Names like the boomerang, the zigzag, the kamikaze and the black hole already give a good idea of how much fun awaits visitors in Aquopolis.

As the largest water park of its kind south of Alicante, it targets the whole family as a target group. Although there are rules for a minimum height for various facilities, there is plenty to do for all age groups. For the youngest there is supervision of the children's playground and the mini park. There are large grassy areas to relax, while waterfalls, Jacuzzis and a mini golf course provide extra entertainment. There are five different kiosks in the park where refreshments can be bought and there is also a pizza shop. However, reactions from visitors show that many people bring their own lunch for financial reasons.

A short distance from Aquopolis is the Flamingo Park in Torreta. This focuses more on the youngest visitors, who can choose from different rides that are simpler than in Aquopolis, swimming pools, play areas, beautiful gardens and a snack bar. In the Flamingo park it is forbidden to consume foodstuffs brought with you. This park can be easily reached by bus, which leaves from the main bus station in Torrevieja.

The Quesada Aqua Park, about ten minutes drive from Torrevieja, is located on the border of the Quesada district and the village of Rojales. Located in a tropical garden of 21,000 m², this park can best be described as the mini version of Aquopolis. Here too there is a combination of exciting 'rides' such as the Kamikaze and the Magic Carpet, swimming pools and a special area for the youngest visitors. Here too there is a bar and restaurant where, in addition to various snacks, paella is also on the menu.

The Aqua Natura Park in Murcia is the only one in this region. Close to the provincial capital, this park is also suitable for all ages. The kamikaze and speed hole are the fastest attractions. The black hole is popular because visitors cannot see anything on the way down. There are special water features for small children and a swimming pool for adults. The park offers a snack bar for the inner person. It is allowed to consume food brought with you in the picnic area.
