On June 30, we went with our clients to the notary for the transfer of their home in Punta Prima. In recent months, other properties at the notary have been transferred to the new owners, but this was always with a power of attorney. The customers were therefore not present. In this case, yes, but of course with due observance of the safety regulations that currently apply.
Normally, the transfer of our customers' homes is the jewel of our work. What could be more fun to congratulate someone on the purchase of a new dream home. Certainly because the houses in Spain are often bought to realize a dream and then fully enjoy life.
