Official tourist rental company

In addition to being a real estate agent, we are also registered as an officially recognised tourist rental company with the Ministry of Tourism of the province of Valencia (EGVT) under registration number EGVT-1084-A. This qualification is necessary because many customers who have bought a home through us need professional management of their holiday home. We now have a large portfolio of holiday homes for which we provide management. These are mainly in the area from Orihuela Costa to San Pedro del Pinatar. If the holiday home is somewhat outside our working area, we can outsource the management to one of our reliable and professional partners.
